Made from the same Black Angus we raise for our steaks and roasts. They're shelf stable, so they keep in a glovebox or a coat pocket without complaint.

Good for

Lunch boxes, hikes, ball games, and the long stretch between lunch and dinner. Easy to keep in a bag, a drawer or a tractor cab.

From our kitchen

These ride in the truck and go out to the field when a job runs long. The heat builds rather than hitting you all at once, which makes them dangerous with a cold drink on a hot afternoon. We keep the mild ones in the pantry for everybody else.

Storage

Keep it somewhere cool and dry until you open it. Once it's open, refrigerate what's left.
