Made from the same Black Angus we raise for our steaks and roasts. Sweet up front, warm on the finish. They're shelf stable, so they keep in a glovebox or a coat pocket without complaint.

Storage

Keep it somewhere cool and dry until you open it. Once it's open, refrigerate what's left.
