Heritage Pork

Pigs do better with room and dirt. So we give them both.

We raise our hogs in small groups with the outdoors available to them, because a pig that can root and move around is a pig doing what it's built to do. It's a slower way to raise pork and it's the one we chose. Everything we raise, our daughters eat, and that's the standard we hold it to.
